Imechangiwa na Bi Saada al-Ghafry in response to Stiglitz's UN Panel.
There has always been a world currency: gold. Tangible, not worthless paper that can just be printed by those who have the arrogance to impose their standards while ruling the world due to military muscle. Like the real muscle, it ages and laxes or atrphies resulting in the empire tumbling.

I have written before, all empires fall because of their arrogance. Their earlier successes goes to their heads, they become arrogant, they take on more than they can chew, they spread themselves too thin. Most empires fall in 200 years. But the pattern is always the same. History always repeats itself...
It is not over yet, but the first step down the ladder has just begun.
