Ahaa.. "Let us change our direction and start looking at what the Chinese are doing" huh?
The, Chinese among other things are:
(1) executing publicly all government officials who steal public funds and,
(2) are making sure prisoners do not enjoy free lunch at the expense of hard working and law-abiding taxpayers... they are putting their prisoners to good use by dispatching them as FREE laborers in mega construction projects.
Yes... let's follow China now.
