Dear All,
Looking at the NECTA Form IV results as given on this news site: http://www.ippmedia .com/ipp/ guardian/ 2009/02/09/ 131281.html One can see, out of candidates, approximately;
More than 83% of got div IV and Zero
Less than 17% got div I to III
More than 75% got F in basic maths
What future can we expect out of this?
All 10 best schools are private ("non-government") schools. Reason: quoted on same web page, " ... they are managing their activities well".
We "could not manage" TANESCO, TRCL, ATCL... Now we "cannot manage" even our schools ... (How about Universities/ other public institutions? )
Without Real Change, ultimately we will have to sell out the country, to be "better managed".
Any ideas? Can we?
Ali.
