IS THIS A SIEGE OR AN INAUGURATION?

Kaka Luwis Guy ni Mtanzania aliyehamia Marekani zaidi ya miaka 30 iliyopita. Anaishi karibu sana na Jengo la Bunge kunakofanyika maadhimisho ya Kuapishwa kwa Rais wa 44, na Rais wa Kwanza Mwenye asili ya Kiafrika nchini Marekani (USA), Barack Hussein Obama kesho tarehe 20 Januari, 2009. Anachozungumzia hapa chini ndio kisanga na masaibu yanayowakuta watu wote wanaoishi mzunguko (circumference) wa maili tatu toka mahala hapo. Ndio maana mimi binafsi nimeamua kuangalia maadhimisho haya pangoni (basement) kwangu kwenye TV. Vinginevyo kila adhamirie kwenda huko, ajihesabu kwa wastani ana maili sita za kutembea kwenda na kurudi hadi kulikoruhusiwa kupaki magari, baiskeli, pikipiki, n.k.
