KURUHUSU KUTUMIA LUGHA ISIYO KISWAHILI KWENYE KAMPENI NI UBAGUZI MKUBWA TANZANIA

MAJIBU KWA TUME YA UCHAGUZI, TANZANIA, YA MAAMUZI YA KURUHUSU KUTUMIA LUGHA ASILIA ZA JADI KATIKA UCHAGUZI MKUU WA MWAKA 2010 NCHINI TANZANIA.

Jambo hili la kuruhusu matumizi ya lugha za asili katika kampeni za uchaguzi Mkuu wa mwaka huu wa 2010 nchini Tanzania, ni kukiuka, kuvunja na kudhihaki Katiba ya Jamhuri ya Muungano wa Tanzania ya mwaka 1977 kwa sababu kuna Ibara nyingi tu katika Katiba hiyo zinazokataza katakata ubaguzi kama huu.

Ibara hizo ni pamoja na Ibara ya 12, 13, 18, 19, 20, 21. Inashangaza kwamba Jaji Mzima wa Tume ya Uchaguzi Tanzania anafikia hatua ya kutangaza uhalali wa jambo hili ambalo Watanzania wote tunalipigia kelele tangu uhuru wetu tarehe 9/12/1961. Baba wa Taifa Mwalimu Julius Kambarage Nyerere ndiye aliyekuwa wa kwanza kukemea na kuhakikisha ukabila unapotea nchini Tanzania katika mambo ya Kiserikali kama haya kwa kukidumisha, kukienzi na kukitumia KISWAHILI na mapema sana kuitangaza lugha hiyo utumiwayo na Watanzania wote kuwa ndio lugha ya TAIFA hili. Kiingereza kikifuata kuwa lugha ya pili ya Kiofisi na kibiashara.

Naunga mkono kwa asilimia mia moja (100%) kwamba jambo hili lipigwe vita hadi kieleweke. Jaji Makungu hana haki ya kuturudisha nyuma Watanzania katika enzi za kabla ya uhuru wetu. Jambo hili ni hatari, halifai, halipaswi hata kufikiriwa licha ya kutekelezwa. Makungu ni adui wa nchi hii. Tafadhali rejea habari iliyo hapa chini ili uelewe juu ya jambo hili kikamilifu.
