TAXATION WITHOUT REPRESENTATION IN WASHINGTON, D.C. U S A !!!! vs SOUTH AFRICAN REPUBLIC

Explanation for those who did not know...9/3/2015.

The phrase Taxation without representation  is being used by District of Columbia,  also known as The  Washington, D.C., The capital city of the  United States of America [USA].

The entire district that houses the entire federal state, does not have a representation in both House of Representatives or Senate (US Congress) hence the motto Taxation without Representation.


By comparison,  South   Africa  as a republic  has spread  its three organs of  state in three different locations:  The Executive is housed in Pretoria, 
The Legislature in Cape Town and;
 the Judiciary in  Johannesburg !!!
